Blue-chip banking client 

Assisted our partner company in finding suitable accommodation for their employees on a two-year project program in Milton Keynes. We sourced & furnished the property to their budget as well as organised and managed the bills for our client. The accommodation was occupied during the working week and vacant on weekends. We organised a weekly clean to the property so it was fresh for their arrival at the start of the week. As part of the request, we also arranged a pick-up and drop-off transport service for the staff members.

Kendal

EU workers for care home 

We were tasked with finding suitable accommodation for EU care workers working at a nursing and care home in Kendal. We found 3 houses each appropriate to fit 4 employees. We furnished the properties to a good standard, organised the tenants, handled all the bills, arranged a fortnightly cleaner and installed a wifi controlled thermostat to better control the heating system. This allowed those workers to focus on their work and productivity.

EU workers for Factory

Worked closely with the clients’ HR representative to quickly find suitable and quality accommodation close to the city centre. We organised bedding and kitchen utensils, managed all the billing, meet and greet the guests on a night flight arrival, ensured that they settled in comfortably and handled any issues during their stay and reported back on a regular basis when problems arose.
